Who We Are
Claich Health is an independent insurance agency. Dave Claich is a licensed life and health insurance producer (National Producer Number 21716671) in the states listed on our Licenses page. We are not an insurance company. Coverage is issued by the insurance carrier you enroll with, not by Claich Health. Carrier names and logos on this site are the property of their owners and appear only to identify carriers we are appointed with.

Content on this website is general information, not a guarantee of coverage, price, or eligibility. Plan availability, benefits, and pricing vary by state, carrier, age, health, and other factors. SMS Text Messaging Terms
- Program: Claich Health sends text messages about quote requests, appointment reminders, customer care, and, if you opted in, coverage updates and open enrollment reminders.
- Consent: You opt in by checking the text message box on our forms or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
Calls and Emails
